Remittance

A referral may be necessary when you need specialist care or examinations that cannot be carried out at our clinic. We at our health clinic in Spain work with a network of experienced specialists and hospitals, both local and international, to ensure you receive the best care. If you need further investigation or treatment, we can help refer you to the right specialist and follow up on your care.

How remittance works:

Assessment by our doctor

If your doctor thinks you need specialist care, we will assess your symptoms and create a referral.

Choose a specialist

We help you find a specialist who is right for your situation and inform you about expected waiting time, costs and processes.

Follow-up and reporting

After referral, we follow up your treatment and ensure that you receive all the necessary information to understand your health and further measures.

1. What happens if I need specialist care?

If your doctor determines that you need specialist care, we will give you a referral to the right specialist. We help you through the entire process, from choosing the right specialist to following up on your treatment.

2. Are the remittances free of charge?

The referral is part of our regular care and the cost may vary depending on which specialist care is needed. We always inform you of possible costs before we make a referral.

3. How long does it take to get a referral?

After your doctor has assessed your situation, the referral can be issued immediately. Some specialists may have longer waiting times, and we will help you book an appointment as quickly as possible.
